Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Lakshminarayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed declaring the action of the respondents authorities in not taking any steps to stop the granting of construction permission in respect of the plot Nos.876, 877, 878, 879 and 882, situated in Gopal Nagar Housing Society, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, inspite of the written complaint dated 04.09.2018, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the authorities to consider the representation dated 04.09.2018, made by the petitioner seeking not to grant any permission in respect of the said plots.

Learned Standing Counsel would submit that the said representation would be considered, at the earliest, as per law. 5.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the authorities to deal with the representation dated 04.09.2018, made by the petitioner seeking not to grant any permission in respect of the said plots, to the Deputy

Commissioner, Kukatpally, Circle - 23, in accordance with law, as early as possible.
