After making submissions for sometime, learned Standing counsel, representing the Gram Panchayat informs the Court that Kandlakoi Village cease to be the Gram Panchayat as it is merged with Gundlapochampalli Municipality.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies as available in law.
