WP.No.44458 of 2018 is filed to declare the action of the respondents in seeking to dispossess the petitioners from the land in Sy.Nos 185 to 191 and Sy.No.196 in all a total extent of Ac.22-28 guntas situated at Dayara Village, Keesara Mandal, Medchel Malkajgiri District without following due process of law.

WP.No.13536 of 2012 is filed challenging the orders of the 1st respondent passed in Case No.D5/6849/2010, dated 07-04-2012, so far as the direction to the Tahsildar, Keesara Mandal to conduct fresh enquiry is concerned and for consequential direction directing the Tahsildar, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the land admeasuring Ac.2-00 guntas in Sy.No.185, Ac.2-37 guntas in Sy.No.186, Ac.3-16 guntas in Sy.No.187, Ac.4-01 guntas in Sy.No.188, Ac.1-00 guntas in Sy.No.189, Ac.6-00 guntas in Sy.No.190, Ac.3-00 guntas in Sy.No.191 and Ac.0-14 guntas in Sy.No.196 situated at Dayara Village, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

When the matters are taken-up hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for unofficial respondents submits that the parties will maintain status-quo in all respects regarding the subject property, till enquiry is

concluded by the Tahsildar, Keesara Mandal, in pursuance to the orders issued by the Joint Collector (J), Medchel Malkajgiri District, which is impugned in WP.No.13536 of 2012 and it is stated by both the counsel that both writ petitions can be disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent-Tahsildar in WP.No.44458 of 2018 to conduct enquiry and pass orders in pursuance to the orders issued by the Joint Collector, Medchel Malkajgiri District, which is impugned in WP.No.13536 of 2012.

In view of the same, both writ petitions are disposed of directing the 4th respondent in WP.No.44458 of 2018 to complete the enquiry within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass appropriate orders after giving opportunity of hearing to both parties in terms of orders passed by the 2nd respondent, which is impugned in WP.No.13536 of 2012 and till then, both parties shall maintain status-quo in all respects over the subject property.
