THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.13113 of 2018 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, L973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner/Accused, to quash the proceedings in Crime *I No.776/2O18 on the file of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad. The offences alleged against him are under Sections 42O, 46a, 47I, 447 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 186O.

Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 - State ald perused the record. 3.
This petition was liled questioning the registration of Crime in the year 2018. This Court by order dated 25.O2.2O llr, directed that the petitioner shall not be arrested. However, the investigation shall go on. The stage of investigation is not known. At this length of time, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the criminal petition extending the relief granted on 25.02.2019. Accordingly, the petitioner shall not be arrested pending investigation.
4. With the above direction, the Criminal petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
