HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.44502 of 2018 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in threatening the petitioners to evict from the land in Sy.No.335, situated at K.K.Gunta Village, Dagadarthi Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, without conducting any enquiry on the legal notice dated 30.11.2018 issued by the petitioners for payment of compensation.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions stating that the respondents will follow due process of law before evicting the petitioners. Heard Sri G.Seshadri, learned counsel for the 5th respondent.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioners from the subject land without following due process of law. No order as to costs.
