The quash petition is filed by the petitioner/A.4 impugning the Crime No.151 of 2016 of Sultan Bazar Police Station, Hyderabad City.

It is the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor that police already filed charge sheet and taken cognizance by the learned Magistrate for the offences referred in the charge sheet and allotted Calendar Case No.862 of 2018.

Having regard to the above, the criminal petition is closed by left open the remedy to impugn the said police final report and cognizance order of the learned Magistrate with Part-II Case Diary and other relevant material.
