This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to declare the action of the respondent NO- 3, in taking steps to demolish the petitioner house bearing Door NO H.NO Door NO's: 5/162-B,and sop no.5-161, in Madhugiri Cross, Madakasira Town & Mandal, Anantapuramu District, without issuing any notice, without following due prouder of law is illegal, and unjust, and against the principles of natural justice, and also violation of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India, and to pass such other order or orders in the interest of justice. and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." I have heard the submissions of Sri M. Karibasaiah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for the 1st respondent, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the 2nd respondent, and of Sri M.D. Saleem, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent. I have perused the material record.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, while bringing to the notice of the Court an order, dated 16.11.2017, of this Court in W.P.No.37553 of 2017, would submit that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in the afore-stated writ petition and prayed for disposal of the writ petition on the same lines.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent endorses the said submission.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere with or demolish, in any manner, the subject property of the petitioner, except by following the procedure established by law.
There shall be no order as to costs.
