This revision is filed to set aside the order dated 14.11.2018 passed in I.A.No.1801 of 2018 in O.S.No.299 of 2011 by the Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the record. The Court below, after appreciating the facts and circumstances of the case, held that an opportunity should be given to the respondents, who were set ex parte, to proceed with the cross-examination of the witnesses and also held that sufficient cause was shown for their nonappearance. There is no infirmity in the impugned order. The revision is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, confirming the order, dated 14.11.2018 passed in I.A.No.1801 of 2018 in O.S.No.299 of 2011 by the Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy.
