"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.4, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State and perused the record. This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A.4 in Crime No.569 of 2017 of Shadnagar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, for the offence punishable under Section 366 IPC. It is brought to the notice of this Court that A.5 granted bail as per the orders of this Court dated 28.11.2017 in Crl.P.No.11399 of 2017 and that the petitioner is one of the elders of the village.
Having regard to the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner/A.4, he can be released on bail on some conditions.
In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed, directing the petitioner/A.4 to surrender before the Station House Officer, Shadnagar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, within 15 days from the date of this order. On such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioner/A.4 on bail, on executing a personal
bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to his satisfaction. On such release, the petitioner/A.4 shall abide by the conditions mentioned in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
