CVNR,J & TA, J Order : (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The writ petition is filed for the following substantial relief: "to pass order or orders direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction set aside the Orders dated 22.8.2017 issued by the 3rd respondent and, consequently direct the respondent to stop all further action which taking against the petitioner till filing the charge sheet by the respondent No.5, in Crime No.52 of 2017, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional motivated, unwarranted and unsustainable against law as well as principles of natural justice and pass orders on merits in the interest of justice".

After arguing the case, Mr.D.Raghavulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to his client, to avail a fresh legal remedy with proper pleadings, supported by relevant material. 3.

The writ petition is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.49662/2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is dismissed as infructuous.
