This petition is filed for the following relief: " ... to issue Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd and 4th respondents in not renewed the license No.501/2010-15 of the petitioner even though the orders of the Hon'ble High Court by directing the respondents to renew the license in WP.No.46170/2016 by issuing the notice dated 21.08.2017 is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently set aside the notice dated 21.08.2017 and to pass such other order or orders in the interest of justice may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that the 'lis' in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 31.08.2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.29363 of 2017 and the same is not disputed by Sri Ch.Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 3 and 4. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel and the reasons alike in that writ petition, this writ petition is allowed directing the respondent No.
