Petitioners have assailed G.O.Ms.No.79 Agriculture & Cooperation (Agriculture.I) Department dt.18-10-2017 issued by 1st respondent confining the eligibility of persons for recruitment as 'Agriculture Officers' and 'Agriculture Extension Officers' to persons possessing Degree of Bachelor Science in Agriculture of recognized University in the State of Andhra Pradesh only and excluding the people who obtained degrees from Universities outside the State of Andhra Pradesh.

Since the petitioners can as well raise such a contention before the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, which can also grant appropriate relief to them, in case, it agrees with the contention of the petitioners, granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
