The counsel for 2nd respondent submits that in terms of the order dated 23.10.2017, the 2nd respondent has taken steps for valuation of answer scripts of petitioners in W.P.No.23681 of 2017 and batc h and also failed candidates.

In view of the above statement, this Court is of the view that separate direc tion need not be issued in favour of petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
