This civil revision petition arises out of order dated 17-10-2017 in T.O.P.No. 674 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, Visakhapatnam.

After arguing the case, Sri Y.Hemachander, learned counsel, representing Sri Palla Balu Anil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the civil revision petition unconditionally.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
