THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.13134 OF 2018 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 439(1)(b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A-3, seeking to relax the conditions imposed while granting bail vide docket order, dated 17.06.2017, in Crime No.366 of 2017 on the file of the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally and consequently, permit the petitioner/A-3 to travel abroad.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A-3, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State and perused the record.

In view of the circumstances narrated, the condition with regard to attendance before the Station House Officer, Kukatpally is relaxed and the petitioner/A-3 can go outside the State of Telangana as and when necessary.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is ordered. 5.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
