The Hon'ble Sri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan and The Hon'ble Sri Justice M.Satyanarayana Murthy Civil Revision Petition No.7327 of 2018 Order: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This Civil Revision Petition (CRP) arises out of Award, dated 20-10-2016, in Arbitration Case No.14 of 2016 on the file of the Arbitral Tribunal at Hyderabad.

Today, at the hearing, Mr. M.Adam, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the CRP, with liberty to his client to file appropriate application questioning the jurisdiction of the executing Court. The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted; the CRP is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
