The Hon'ble Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao Writ Petition No.39565 of 2017 Dated 23.11.2017 O r d e r :

The petitioners' grievance is that they have applied on 01.09.2017 in A.P.Online in Form 6A for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in their favour and that respondent No.4 has not been taking any action thereon. 2.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that respondent No.4 will consider the said applications within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to consider the petitioners' applications, dated 23.11.2016, and take further action thereon within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.49061 of 2017, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
