This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act assailing the Judgment and decree dated 02.06.2017 in M.V.O.P.No.602 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalath vide Award dated 14.07.2018. 3.
