HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 4 5 7 8 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Miyapur Police Station, dated 10.12.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "On a complaint of the petitioner herein - Sri Sultan Ahahasan-Ud-Dowla, Muthawalli of Dargah Hazrath Salar-E-Avilya lodged with the Police of Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, a case in Cr.No.1171/ 2017 under Sections 447, 427, 506 r/ w 34 I.P.C., dated 19.11.2017 was registered against Mr.Prashant Reddy and others as they criminally trespassed into the petitioner's land, threatened the watchman and investigated into. Again on the complaint of the petitioner herein lodged with the Police of Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad, a case in Cr.No.1067/ 2018, under Sections 447, 427 I.P.C., dated 26.11.2018 was registered against Mr.Mohd.Haneef and others as they trespassed into the subject property of the petitioner herein and taken up the investigation into the case.

The investigation is under progress.

It is respectfully submitted that except registration of the above mentioned cases, this respondent never interfered with the possession of the petitioner's subject land.

It is humbly submitted that to divert the attention of the investigating agency in not conducting the investigation into the case, in a fair and proper manner, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition with false and baseless allegations."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Miyapur Police Station, dated 10.12.2018, with a further direction to the respondent-Police authorities not to interfere with the civil disputes unless the same is permissible in accordance with law.
