O R D E R
The case of the petitioner is that unofficial respondents 7 to 9 have encroached the public road, and that though he made representation dated 11.08.2018 to the official respondents, no action has been taken. Hence, the writ petition.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, to dispose of the representation stated to have been made by the petitioner on 11.08.2018 in accordance with law, and if the unofficial respondents are found to have encroached the public road, he is obligated to stop the same.
Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
