O R D E R

The case of the petitioners is that unofficial respondents 5 and 6 are making constructions on public road in an extent of Ac.0.06 cts. in 7th ward in Siripuram Village, Medikondur Mandal, Guntur District, and that though they made representation on 03.12.2018 along with other residents of Siripuram Village, to the 2nd respondent - Tahsildar, no action has been taken. Hence, the writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent - Tahsildar, to dispose of the representation stated to have been made by the petitioners on 03.12.2018 in accordance with law and if the unofficial respondents 5 and 6, are found to have encroached the public road and making constructions, he is obligated to stop the same. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
