This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not issuing E-pass book in respect of the land in Sy.No.307-1 to an extent of Ac.1.40 cents of Kappalabanda Village, Puttaparthy Mandal, Anantauram District, which was assigned to the petitioner, though she submitted application in form 6A of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act").

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A of the Act is pending before the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
