Ramasubramanian, J) Today, the respondent No.2 has filed a counter stating that they have handed over the possession of the property to the wife of the petitioner. A letter written by the Bank to the petitioner, which contains an endorsement by the wife of the petitioner to the effect that she has received the keys of the property, is also enclosed. Therefore, recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
