HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 44661 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Fisheries.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed directing respondent No.3 to issue permission letter, to the petitioner - society for fishing operation in sangala balancing reservoir for the year 2018-19, as per the lease notice of respondent No.3, dated 09.04.2018, and consequently declare the action of respondent No.3 in not issuing the permission letter to the petitioner-society for fishing operation of sagala balancing reservoir inspite of receiving the lease amount of Rs.92,700/- from the petitioners - society, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the authorities to consider the representation dated 28.11.2018, made by the petitioner seeking permission for fishing rights. 4.

Learned Standing Counsel would submit that the said representation would be considered, at the earliest, as per law. 5.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the authorities to consider and dispose of the representation dated 28.11.2018, made by the petitioner

seeking permission for fishing rights, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two to three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after hearing all concerned.
