HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.39566 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that she is residing along with her family in H.No.7/39, situated at Karne Galli, Bheemgal, Bheemgal Mandal, Nizamabad District. While so, the residents of petitioner's area are trying to construct water tank in front of petitioner's house which is a road belonging to Grampanchayat, illegally, without obtaining any permission from the Grampanchayat authorities. Aggrieved by the same petitioner submitted representation dated 31.10.2017 to the 2nd respondent requesting to take action against those persons who are trying to erect water tank before her house, unauthorisedly. As no action is being taken by the 2nd respondent, till date, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 3 and 4 submits that already erection of water tank is stopped.

Since the representation of the petitioner dated 31.10.2017 is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and take action in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
