THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.44732 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner so also learned Government Pleader that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 27.11.2015, in W.P.No.38405 of 2015 of this Court. A copy of the same is filed along with writ material papers.

In view of the same, Writ Petition is allowed, in terms thereof, by setting aside the notice in M.C.No.C-84-2017-2018, dated 23.11.2018, issued by the second respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 27.11.2015, in W.P.No.38405 of 2015, to this order.
