Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for home for respondents 1 and 2. 2.

This writ petition is filed alleging inaction by the police in taking stern action against respondent Nos 3 to 5 in pursuant to Crime No.88 of 2018.

3. When the matter is taken-up, learned Government Pleader informs the Court that final report is filed closing the complaint as 'false'.
