ORDER
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for respondent No.1 and Smt Pingali Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3.

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 08.09.2017, in refusing to enter the petitioner's name in the Municipal records pertaining to H.No.18-344/A situated at Urus, Warangal District, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.
The case of the petitioner is that she purchased the house property bearing No.18-3-44/A, falling within the jurisdiction of the 2nd respondent Corporation.
She filed an application dated 16.08.2017 to the 2nd respondent seeking to mutate her name in the municipal records. But the same was rejected stating that a Court case is pending with regard to the subject property and as and when the case is disposed of and if the copy of judgment is submitted, her application can be considered. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 2nd respondent has not furnished any details with regard to the pending case in connection with the property of the petitioner. 5.
Leaned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 seeks time to file counter.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and as it is alleged that a civil suit is pending with regard to the subject property, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate authority seeking particulars of the case alleged to be pending and on receipt of those particulars, she can examine the relevancy of the same and make a fresh application before the appropriate authority. 7.
With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
