1. The learned counsel for the respondents stated that this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed under Order 43 Rule 1 of CPC against the order dated 24.03.2017, in I.A.No.272 of 2014 in O.S.No.339 of 2014, on the file of the Court of learned Additional Judge - cum - VI Senior Civil Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, during the pendency of the suit. He further stated that the O.S.No.339 of 2014 was disposed of and thereby, the present appeal has become infructuous and there is nothing survives for further adjudication in this appeal.

2. In the said circumstances, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
