HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.3345 of 2018 ORDER:

In WP.No.8111 of 2018, this Court by order dated 13-03-2018 directed the respondent to communicate the reasons in support of rejection of the request of the petitioners, alleging violation of the same this Contempt case is filed. Counter affidavit is filed along with memo dated 24-05-2018 communicating the reasons. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue also says that reasons are given in the said memo. In the counter affidavit also, they have stated the same as such there is no violation of orders passed by this Court.

In view of the same, I do not see any willful violation of orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the said memo in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
