THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3040 of 2017 ORDER:

The docket order, dated 13.09.2017, in Crl.M.P.No.588 of 2017 in Crime No.51 of 2017 passed by the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at Hayathnagar, reads thus: "Complainant present. For further evidence, at request, call on 13.11.2017."

Questioning the aforesaid order, the de facto complainant filed the present Criminal Revision Case under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Heard Sri Ch.V.Prasad Babu, learned counsel for the revision petitioner.

Ex facie, the order under challenge can neither be construed as a final order nor an intermediate order giving rise to filing of the Criminal Revision Case.

Hence, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the present revision, stand closed.
