THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.44660 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Higher Education and Sri K.Jyothiprasad and Smt.S.Nanda, learned Standing Counsel, apart from perusing the entire material available on record. When the matter is taken up, Smt.S.Nanda, learned Standing Counsel for Bar Council of India, has placed on record a letter received from the Bar Council of India to the effect that a mistake crept in the impugned proceedings, dated 08.10.2018, and necessary corrections will be made and a letter would be sent within a couple of days. The same is placed on record. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
