The grievance of the petitioner that the appeal dated 25.07.2018 filed before the 2nd respondent against the endorsement dated 09.05.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent, is not being disposed of, as such present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of above facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal said to have been filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
