On written instructions, dated 10.12.2018, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject crime, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed before I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Khammam, and C.C.No.1063 of 2018 was assigned. It is stated that now the said calendar case is transferred to Special Mobile Court at Khammam and C.C.No.20 of 2019 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
