O R D E R
Aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, in considering the application of the petitioner for conducting survey and demarcation of the subject land, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submit that petitioner has not made F - Line application through Mee-Sava as per the circulars of the Government in vogue, by paying the requisite fee and, therefore, the competent authority could not consider the application of the petitioner.
In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make F- Line application through Mee-Seva by paying requisite fee along with necessary documents in support of his claim, and the competent authority / respondent No.4 is directed to dispose of the same in according with law after issuing notice to the petitioner and other affected parties, if any, and take appropriate action within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such application, and communicate the same to the petitioner.
