Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government pleader for Irrigation for the respondents. 2.

This writ petition is filed alleging that while calling for the tenders for awarding contract of surplus soil/gravel/red earth available at the site of Polavaram Irrigation project right Main Canal, tender notification was not published in the newspapers and such action is illegal.

Learned Government Pleader produced copies of the newspaper publications dated 15.11.2018 in Andhra Jyothi (Telugu) and The Hindu (English) calling for tenders from the interested contractors for the above stated work. 4.
