THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE MS JUSTICE J.UMA DEVI Contempt Case No.2841 of 2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) This contempt case is filed alleging wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by us in COMCAMP.No.6 of 2017 in COMCA No.5 of 2017 dated 24.08.2017. Subsequently, by order dated 21.02.2018, COMCA No.5 of 2017 itself was disposed of. We see no reason, therefore, to proceed further under the Contempt of Courts Act against the respondents for the alleged violation of the interim order passed in COMCAMP.No.6 of 2017, when the main appeal in COMCA No.5 of 2017 has itself been disposed of by order dated 21.02.2018.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
