The writ petition is filed for the following relief; " ....to issue a Writ Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or writs, declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not granting the permission for construction of the house to the petitioner property bearing H.No.7-94, situated at Tellapur Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sangareddy District, as per the application of the petitioner dated 03.08.2017 is arbitrary, against the provisions of the Gram Panchayat Act & Rules, consequently direct the respondents to grant permission to thepetitioner in construction of the house as per the application dated 03.08.2017, and may pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper..."

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3 produced proceedings dated 12.09.2017 and states that petitioner's application is rejected.

In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open for the

petitioner to challenge the said rejection order, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
