THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.7487 OF 2018 ORDER:

This revision is filed challenging the inaction of the V Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, in deciding I.A.No.316 of 2018 in O.S.No.218 of 2018 on its file. Petitioners contend that they are respondents 2 and 3 in I.A.No.316 of 2018 and ex-parte ad-interim injunction was granted on 27.02.2018. The petitioners have filed I.A.No.666 of 2018 to vacate the said order and the Court below had reserved the matter for orders in June 2018 itself and no orders are passed till now.

In view of the said submission, the V Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, is directed to decide I.A.Nos.316 of 2018 and 666 of 2018, after hearing both sides, and pass appropriate orders within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
