The complaint of the petitioners in this Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is against the inaction of the respondents in removing the constructions in the parking area of the subject premises; and in not taking any action on the representations, dated 10.10.2014 and 12.06.2016, of the petitioners. 2.

Heard Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, and Sri T.S.Venkata Ramana, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent. I have perused the material record. 3.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that if a direction is given to the respondent to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioners, the grievance of the writ petitioners stand redressed.

Learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent endorses the said submission.

Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the representations, dated 10.10.2014 and 12.06.2016, of the petitioners, in strict accordance with the procedure established by law, however, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; and, communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioners within a week thereafter.

There shall be no order as to costs.
