This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 28.08.2018 passed in I.A.No.532 of 2018 in O.S.No.282 of 2018 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Dhone.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
