Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied on 17-05-2016 for survey and sub division in respect of the land claimed by him to 3rd respondent and 3rd respondent is not taking any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that 3rd respondent will take action on petitioner's application dt.17-05-2016 within six weeks after issuing notice to effected parties. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to take action on petitioner's application dt.17-05-2016 for survey and sub division of the land claimed by her after issuing notice to the affected parties within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
