Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner had applied in Form VIA on 03-08-2017 for mutation and issuance of title deed-cum-E pass book to 4th respondent, but 4th respondent is not taking any action.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that 4th respondent will decide the said application within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to decide the petitioner's application within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
