HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.44680 of 2018 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) This Writ Petition is filed alleging that the petitioner's husband, namely, Mukka Karunakar, is missing. Through the additional counter-affidavit of the State Government officials, it is brought on record that the said person is at large as he has been released.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, her husband was detained by the fourth respondent. That is not an issue which requires further deliberations in this matter. We leave open, inter se disputes, if any, between the petitioner and her husband and unofficial respondents are to be taken to appropriate jurisdictions, if at all required. We record that the person, who was allegedly detained, stands as a free person. We also record the submission of the learned Government Pleader that the petitioner's husband is released.

HCJ & ARR, J W.P.No.44680 of 2018 The Writ Petition is dismissed without prejudice to the contentions to be raised in other jurisdictions in accordance with law.
