This Transfer Petition is filed by the petitioner/wife for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.66 of 2016 from the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, to the Court of the XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Family Court at Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District. The said O.P., was filed by the respondent/husband seeking divorce.

The plea of the petitioner/wife is that she is a housewife and she has no income, that she is depending on her retired father and is staying with her father in Hyderabad, that she has to travel 400 KMs to attend the Court at Bhimavaram and therefore, she prays this Court to transfer H.M.O.P.No.66 of 2016 from the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, to the Court of the XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Family Court at Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the facts that the petitioner/wife is staying in Hyderabad and is dependent on her retired father, it is required that H.M.O.P.No.66 of 2016 from the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, to be transferred to the Court of the XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Family Court at Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District.

In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed transferring H.M.O.P.No.66 of 2016 from the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, to the Court of the XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Family Court at Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District.
