The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not inducting the petitioner in Shop No.12 in "F" Block of Yemmiganuru Municipality, Kurnool District as Lessee as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent-Municipality, would agree that this writ petition is covered by the Common Judgment dated 25.10.2018, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.928 of 2018 in W.P.No.21519 of 2018. Following the Common Judgment dated 25.10.2018, passed by the Division Bench of this Court W.A.No.928 of 2018 in W.P.No.21519 of 2018, and in terms thereof, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Registry is directed to tag the copy of the Common Judgement passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.928 of 2018 in W.P.No.21519 of 2018 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand closed.
