THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.44738 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for South Central Railways, apart from perusing the entire material available on record. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a fresh representation will be submitted by the petitioner herein to the respondents herein, for redressal of its grievance, and the same may be directed to be considered by the respondents herein. The said request is not opposed by the learned Standing Counsel.

In view of the above, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to submit a fresh representation to the respondents, for redressal of its grievance, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for consideration of the respondents herein, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
