THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.44770 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that, without there being any licence, petitioner herein is running the subject-hospital and the same cannot be permitted as per law. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, a request is made by the learned counsel to direct the third respondent to verify the application, dated 27.11.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein for grant of licence, and to pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law. Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to verify the application, dated 27.11.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein for grant of licence, and to take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
