HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.44314 of 2017 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks direction, thereby directing the respondents to produce the detenue, i.e. Mohammed Zubairuddin, aged 24 years, before this Court and set him free. Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents on advance notice has informed this Court that the alleged detenue has been arrested, produced before the concerned Court and remanded to judicial custody.

In view of the statement made by the learned Government Pleader, we are not inclined to pass any order in the present petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the petition, stand closed.
