Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not considering the application dated 01.11.2018 for issuance of new pass books for the land to and extent of Ac.1.10 guntas in Sy.No.272/AA and Ac.3.09 guntas in Sy.No.273, situated at Nizamabad Village, Konaraopet Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the application of the petitioner for issuance of new pass books in respect of subject property is stated to be pending before the 3rd and 4th respondents, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner for issuance of new pass books in respect of the subject property, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
